When you order, I will start an email correspondence or phone call with you about your project. Typically, I will send your imagery through WeTransfer, which may appear in your spam folder. It remains open for a week and then closes and you won't be able to get your file. You can email me if this happens and I will send it again.

If the final result isn't to your liking, we can discuss reworks. I work hourly at $25/hr unless we discuss a flat rate with accommodations for reworks. These will generally seem more expensive but may be cheaper in the long run if you want changes.
