        Synopsis: A young Japanese girl, Kumo, has the lifelong dream of becoming a commercial pilot in an intensely male-dominated industry and culture. Through a gifted Daruma Doll, her mentor jet-sets Kumo on her journey towards a brighter future. With her fiery pal by her side, Kumo summons the fortitude from within to take on the challenges of aviation, and stand up to the gender inequalities she will undoubtedly face along the way. While Daruma Doll sparks the beginning of Kumo’s adventure, ultimately it is Kumo’s desire, coupled with her tenacity, that skyrockets her beyond the turbulence of her world.
